I am a licensed, board certified clinical pharmacist with extensive hospital experience and healthcare MBA trying to offer services in a free lance manner to private entities, legal firms, or creative arts companies that relate to medication use, medication selection and monitoring, or fictional scenarios where an individual is exposed to a medicine.

Licensed clinical pharmacist in PA, WV, and Ohio with 20 years of hospital experience
Former Director of Pharmacy in a Critical Access Hospital (1300 admissions/year)
Former Director of Pharmacy/Clinical Pharmacist at midsize (130 bed) community hospital
Former Pharmacy Clinical Manager at a midsize (167 bed) community hospital
Board certified in pharmacotherapy management; also certificate in diabetes, MTM and antimicrobial stewardship
1^st place winner of WV Society of Hospital Medicine poster forum for “Resident Led Antibiotic Stewardship Program in a Rural Community Hospital” in collaboration with medical residents
